About Me
I have over 15 years’ experience crafting engaging digital experiences in a range of settings, including in-house, agency and freelance. I continue to find inspiration in the process of understanding customer behavior and using those insights to create designs that work for clients and make things easier and more enjoyable for humans.
I’m a collaborative creative leader and have guided multi-disciplinary teams to successful work for a wide range of clients including Xbox, Amazon, the Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft, Symantec, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Group Health Cooperative. I have extensive experience working within agile and lean UX methodologies and know what it takes to drive projects to completion in varied business environments.
When I’m not working, you can find me reading Victorian novels, upscaling abandoned furniture, exploring the Seattle art and theater scene, camping and hiking the beautiful PNW wilderness and scoping out the best Seattle playgrounds with my daughter.
I also try to find time to volunteer support to friends and family in the creative community, including working on the independent feature film Beach Town (Groton Bridge Films), and helping artists with grant and fellowship applications.
Got a project in mind? Contact me, I’d love to discuss how I can help.
